Shortcut for flipping things like ivy and other hanging plants?

I know it works with the 3 axis thing, but its really time intensive to use this for every hanging plant. Is there a shortcut like press ctrl for a 90° rotate? But for a 90° flip?
Sadly every hanging plant is directly in a laying position instead of a hanging position.

I press 'V' for align to surface then hold the plant up against a vertical surface and press 'X' for advanced move and your plant will be perfectly vertical.
After placing one version of a plant stay in advanced move and select the next version for it to be in the same orientation, if you close advanced move you'll have to re-orientate
Or when it is on the ground set angle snap to 45 degs, use advance move and vertically rotate it twice
