Train Station Problem! Help

I have two train stations and one of them works fine. The one that is more popular and near the best part of my zoo isnt working. People are lined up but nobody is getting on and the train is just leaving without anyone. Why are they in line and not getting on the train?? Please help

I guess it's something in the station settings, you can set the wait time and how many guest habe to be in the train.

wish it was that simple...I had a wait time and then i put no wait time and got same result.

I have the same issue with all my transport rides since this patch. I've fiddled and reconfigured all the station settings through different possible wait time and departure configurations but these only seem to work sometimes and only for a temporary amount of time. This is not an issue I've experienced in the past either.

Make sure you turn off the 'Don't block station' option as this can sometimes cause this problem, if another train is incoming the one at the station will leave even if passengers are waiting.

take a look at my setting i dont think this will help but who knows. I swear ive tried everything!

I've had trouble with trains leaving without picking up waiting guests. Now I'm using these settings and they're working for me:
Min rider load set to 1/4
Min wait time=turned off
Max wait tim=30 sec
Min departure interval 10 sec
Don't block station=turned off

I messed with my settings and got it to work finally! I did it a bit different but yes, i guess you have to just keep messing with the wait times
