The game keeps crashing or freezing mouse and keyboard

Hello all,

i was thinking that after updates the game will become more stable, but nope, it still crash to desktop randomly or nearly freeze my keyboard and mouse while playing. Its like no response from keyboard or very late like my latency is wrong, same with mouse, it barely moves or sometimes it wont even move.
I tried a few tips about legacymode for the mouse and keyboard, reinstalled the game or tried a new Sandbox game, but nothing helps and its frustrating!
This issue is since Planet Zoo came out.

My specs are:
Intel i7 6700k
RTX 2070 Super, (before it was a GTX 1070 same problems).
16GB G. Skill 3200Mhz RAM
1TB MP 600 M2
Corsair K70 Keyboard
Logitech G502 Hero Mouse
System is not overclocked

Maybe someone got a idea about, what else i can try to get the game working better.

Since the new update, the game keeps crasing after 5mins in sandbox. Does anyone else have a similar problem?

Total frustration, worked great before latest update now crashes without warning.
Removed and reinstalled local files, no change. Ran great, bought South America Pack and uploaded update . was fine then installed latest small update and now crashes multiple times, some times while loading zoo, some time randomly while playing. Was fine before update.

Try turning off Geforce Experience, Steam overlay and MSI Afterburner. Those apps made my games crash way to often.

Yes, me to. Literally freezes every 5 minutes for >10 minutes. Unplayable. Been troubleshooting and reporting to Frontier but havent received any confirmation back. Honestly at this point I just want confirmation it's not on my end so I can stop trying to fix it.

Happened to me too! Crashed 9 times within an hour, lowered all in game specs etc to try and help, sent away error reports. Gave up eventually. It's only started doing this since the latest update and i have no idea how to fix it.. ( also in sandbox)

My game doesnt even reach the main menu tab it just crashes right after i press play.

Nope :( happening to me anyhow

I tried the tips, turning off any overlay or any background app that was running also, but nothing, it still crashes a lot times. :(

GPU driver crash? anyone have this problem
i just got the game and i have 13 hours on it. The game has crashed around every 40-60 min ( with message GPU driver crash). usually happen when i pressed save game or when i bring up new animal or open one of the ingame window management. My GPU up to date.

EVGA GTX 1070 driver 445.75.
Windows 10 64 bit.
intell(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00 GHz
16 GB RAM
1980x1080 240Hz G-SYNC ASUS ROG PG258Q



maybe it the G sync?
