Is there a way to make custom signs?

I am looking for something like a plaque that I can change the information on, like a memorial for individual animals. Any such thing?

Go to construction/signs/editable and you will get a selection of signs that you can add your own wording to, remember to press ENTER after typing whatever you want on the sign or it will just revert to blank. Font and font colour can also be changed but be aware that changing a vertical sign to horizontal will not change the orientation of the words on it, also some signs accept fewer letters than others (some only fit one letter) and this limit cannot be changed
