Missing Mouse Cursor/Camera screwed up
I'm having issues with my cursor completely disappearing. I can't save my game, Can't hold RMB and drag, Can't Hold MMB and rotate either. It just locks the camera in place.
Other issues include, Random Screen movement in one direction, until it hits the edge of the map or you hit esc. Can't do anything while it's doing it.
It's gotten to the point my mouse has completely disappeared at this point.
It's like the game is getting confused, think i have the T mode enabled. Which i don't. I've already pressed that on and off to make sure.

If this is a bug, It's one hell of an annoying one. If it's not, Any idea what button i pressed to prevent me from freely controlling my camera?
Only had this issue after the lastest update. My game worked perfectly fine before update.

Also, My mouse isn't the issue, considering on here and my desktop/Other games, it's working fine.

Nearly forgot to mention that the game seems like it's Stalling. It's not just Mouse issues in game. I have to hit esc like 5 times before it registers. I had No issues what so ever, in previous builds of the game. No lag. Nothing.

I purchased yesterday and having the exact same mouse and screen scrolling issues. Haven't noticed any stalling though. I've read there's a fix with changing controls to legacy through Steam command but I haven't tried yet. Apparently it makes things a little more difficult like rotating.

After i managed to save and quit last night, after this Bug/Glitch issue, I verified my game. Played it for about an hour or so with No issues with the camera after that. I'm hoping that it's fixed my game. If it hasn't. I'll edit this post.

When you verified your game files, did it come back as anything missing? I just tried verifying mine but didn't find any missing files. Going to see if it happens again and if it does, I'll move to legacy controls.

Nope, No missing files. But that mouse poofing and camera bug hasn't come back. Yet. I played it about 3 or so hours yesterday.

My issue came back so I'm changing to legacy controls. If you want to also, put this in the games launch options "-legacykeyboard 1 -legacymouse 1". Hopefully this solves the issue.

Will try that if my issue comes back.

Did you ever figure out a way to fix it? I'm having the issue where the cursor is like glitching, it only shows up if i move my mouse and the only way i can get a click to register is if i move my mouse and click at the same time, which is annoying and doesn't always register. I've tried the legacy controls, turning off steam display, verifying files, reinstalling the game, starting steam in offline mode. I'm not sure what else to do and there isn't much info on google lol.

It seems the game has relatively low mouse polling which means that as your zoo gets bigger, more complicated mouse inputs start to get missed causing an unstable mouse movement and missed mouse clicks. Likewise with the keyboard inputs.

Turning off the STEAM overlay did the trick for me.

Steam overlay does cause issues on some machines but it makes little difference on mine. Excepting when I build a large zoo.

If hitting esc to get the menu up doesn't work, there's a cog icon at the top right of your screen. (I think, been awhile since i've played.) click it, save your game. Close it down and reload it. See if it works.

Some times it can be as easy as hitting alt+tab to refocus the game inputs.
