Cannot select Grizzly Bears in tutorial

I literally just bought the game yesterday and I spent 3 hours trying to figure out how to select the grizzly bears in the tutorial. I mean it can't be that difficult to select an animal right?

Select how? As in, the habitat? The bear? In the trade center list?

I cannot select the actual bear. I am only in the very beginning of the tutorial and I just can't click on either of the bears. When I do click on them, absolutely nothing happens.

Make sure there isn't a tutorial instruction waiting to be carried out such as clicking on a menu option. The first 3 scenarios are heavily restricted like that to teach you certain elements of the game. Even if it is part of the tutorial you are trying to carry out it might be too early to do that part.

It says to enter the grizzly bear animal camera, and I have no idea how to do that. I thought I could just go to the grizzly bears and click on them.

When you click on a animal its tab will come up. At the bottom of the tab is a camera icon- click on the icon.

Yeah, that's the problem though. I literally click and click and click on an animal but it is never selected. There isn't a tab that pops up, there isn't an animal selected. I have wasted so much time on this game trying to figure it out and it is very frustrating.

Have you zoomed in really close in case distance selection is a problem. I've never really had this problem before so can't think what could be happening. The only common thing is that I am usually close up when I select them. Or I use the button that appears on the task list.

I did figure it out. I had to reset all of the controls and then restart the game.

Sometimes I click the habitat. A menu comes up. Click animal paw tab. It shows all animals in the habitat. Click the icon that is a location icon it will zoom to the animal and enter the animal menu. At tge very bottom very small is a camera icon. Click that. Quick way is double click the animal.
