Other important thing if they mate and have their young within the enclosure, as they will mature and thus fight for alpha status. A fight could mean full meltdown on the animal welfare, so keep a close look on any "XXX has mature" within your park and instantly sell/release to wild this new adult, while keeping your 4-star grizzly bear safe from any harm as you 3-speed for what felt like an hour to achieve the 3 animals I was missing.
Bengal Tiger, Grizzly Bear, Reticulated Giraffe, Cheetah were the one that promoted up the faster, which leads me to suspect that Conservation Only Animals are good candidate to 5-star as opposed to cash-available animals. Long-life expectancy would also mean longer time before they die to nail 5-star (had 1 timber wolf at 4-star and it died of old age).
