Franhise mode eternal load screen.

I had hours and days of work in my main zoo and just got to a point where I could buy cheetah's and a pair of tigers. I wanted to get some zebra's for the community challenge and descided to make a new franchise zoo as a holding pen (because the trade centre was full with peafowls being auctioned.) When I tried to load my main zoo it just keeps eternally loading. I closed and restarted 3 times now and it keeps happening.

Does anyone know a solution?

I JUST spent all my hard earned conservation credits on new animals and put them into new exhibits. If I lost all these days of work and all my animals it would be so frustrating. I'd have start ALL over again with stupid peacocks and that is honestly so annoying. I was so relieved I could move on to my newly bought big cats.
Please help me if you know how to fix this!

I noticed yesterday that it was taking much longer than usual to load in to franchise, maybe there were server issues or something. How long did you wait before stopping the game? It took me a good 5 mins one time to load in.

Around 10 minutes. I'll try to let it load longer, the game has been saying I was disconnected every 15 minutes or so for the past 2 days, so who knows you might be right.

Going back to an earlier autosave doesn't work either

It's been 20 minutes now

I don’t, but if more people are having this issue it might mean our save files are safe and it’s a server issue.

If/when I find a solution I’ll post it here. Please let me know if you find a solution

I have the same problem. My franchise zoo is not loading since this morning. I am stucked in the green loading creen and the bear keeps walking....I hope they will fix this problem. I put alot of work in this zoo and was the first time able to buy some tigers finally.

Does anyone know how one can reach the support for this game?

Also some days before I had an insane lag problem. I then deleted every building I created the day before and then it worked again. But it took alot of time because of the lag.

It is very frustrating, working so long on details and breeding and then everything is lost...

yeah this has been an ongoing issue :/ i lost my main zoo due to this too, it just won't load anymore. i stopped playing franchise mode for now, i'm hoping eventually they fix this issue so that players don't keep losing hours on their franchise zoos.
