This is a Huge exhibit so they can easily hide but its anoying.
Another alternative is to raise the habitat wall so that it blocks the view. Again, it all depends on what parts of the path were intended for viewing purposes.
For example .. I have a vehicle station high up near a habitat... however, the path leaving it circles down allowing visitors to use it to view into a nearby habitat. It wasn't intended and short of redoing the path I can't stop it due to the path design but it thankfully doesn't block the path way ( yet ) so will leave it at the moment.
