Did you build do not disturb signs?
I don't think you can close the gate.

Place Do not Disturb signs in the areas where they seem to be flustered more, such as where they sleep or their eating areas. Rather than stand and watch they can look as they go past.

The only thing you could do is pause the game and replace the gates with walls when the guests are not there. It's fiddly but is possible. The last few guests that refuse to leave after removing the main gate ( nearest to the main path ) can be picked up .. once you have all the guests out replace the remaining gate with a wall.

I used this with my pangolins as they are extremely shy animals and were almost constantly stressed so I just removed the guest walkabout for that animal. It was a permanent change though as I never re-opened the walkthrough gates.

Then I would try the do not disturb signs in the areas where the lemurs run to when they get stressed. You won't be able to stop stress totally. Just give them a place to hide away to recover .. and keep that place guest free using the signs or not putting the path near that part of the habitat.

yes i closed the park to let them calm down i will keep it closed for a few in game years i think

They only take a few seconds/minutes to calm down. Don't forget they can also get stressed for other reasons so monitor what seems to be happening at the time they get stressed. Things such as too small a habitat or too many adults or fighting will induce stress.

A screenshot of your habitat might help us to help you better - you might not have enough places for the lemurs to retreat to, too little space, not enough 'do not disturb signs..........................the list goes on - remember a picture speaks a thousand words

Just a late idea about this -- along the inside path where the lemurs sleep, hide, etc., why not construct one-way glass walls. Probably won't be needed for very far along the path..

Another tip is not to let the guest path go through the middle of the bus itat. Keep it at one end so the animals can disappear to the other end if they want to.
