A useful tip - How to change the TIME OF DAY in Franchise mode

It is very annoying when you want to build in Franchise mode but it is dark, you can always change your zoo entry times so it never gets dark but this reduces your income, or, you can fast forward until it gets light again but this also is not always ideal.
However there is a trick you can use to instantly set the time in Franchise mode to whatever you want.

Select a group of items so you have the option to 'Create a blueprint'
Go into blueprint mode and underneath the picture is an option to change the time of day, set the time of day to whatever you want (you will see the effect in the picture)
Finally just exit the blueprint editor (no need to actually create one) and the time of day you set will now be the same time in your zoo

No, opening hours don't affect guests. Also you have a flashlight if you need it.

Reducing your opening hours reduces your income per 24 hour period, in effect your animals will still age by 24 hours but you will not earn as much from them, and I know there is a flashlight but building in full daylight is still easier, this is just a glitch to change the time of day in Franchise mode which is not normally possible.
