Anyone else having an issue with scrolling/camera?

It's only been happening the last 3-4 days and it's irritating the crap out of me. I tried to report it to frontier but they make it insanely hard, it wouldn't let me. Every time I'm trying to move around my zoo, building stuff using my keys to scroll...it gets stuck on scroll even though I'm not touching the key anymore and just keeps going until I hit the menu button to make it stop. I have adjusted all the settings but it keeps happening. Anyone else having this issue??
It seems like none of the bugs are getting fixed in this game and more keep popping up...my staff are still not feeding my animals so I constantly have protestors and starving/dying animals.

Yep had the same issue for a few days. Normally happens after the game has been open for a while and will keep doing it until you restart the game.

A temporary solution to fix this issue right now is adding a launch command to your game. Go to your steam library, right click on Planet Zoo, go to settings and on the first screen click "Add Launch Command".
Copy paste this into the dialog box;
-legacykeyboard 1 -legacymouse 1

This command will make the game read your keyboard and mouse input in a different way, which will remove some of the control-problems like stuck scrolling, no more scrolling until reboot, no more turning etc.

However, it does add it's own set of issues; Spinning items using 45 degrees is a biiiit janky at times, but I'd rather have that than no movement/constant movement anyway. But like I said, it's a temporary solution for now.

When it happens just got into settings, select camera and turn the top 3 sliders up for sensitivity! It’s a bug but can’t reverse it there easily :)

ik for me its like one bug after another and they never end now i cant even play the game anymore let alone put my camera into orbit to fix it "for a few seconds" before i compleatly lose control of it

The same thing happens to me. I've found that often if I retype the letter that it's going in (for example, A if it's going left), then it will stop scrolling long enough to get my bearings, but will indeed keep doing it with future clicks. Mostly, I try to finish up whatever I'm doing, and then save and restart (my computer, Steam, and Zoo, just to clear out everything possible on all fronts).

I find that most often the scrolling happens when I'm in a construction window and cross over the axis of another element of some sort. For me that's usually habitat barriers, but have sometimes had it with water, paths, or even trees and animals.

Will have to try playing with the settings others have mentioned. Thanks for that! I'm usually afraid to mess with my computer too much, and since this bug usually happens after I've been playing for a long while, it's often a good chance to take a break while I reboot.

I play in franchise, and have noticed that most of the time when I restart because of the scrolling, when I go back in after restarting the game will often have reset for the day for the 100 free cc points on the front page, or will have reset the Visiting Players so that I can say hi to 5 of them again to get cc points. So I've wondered if this problem might be related to the resetting that they do daily for each of those. (But of course, this could just be a coincidence and be based on the hours I happen to play).

Happens to me as well, pressing the esc fixes it for a while but then it happens again. Quit the game and launch again problem will be fixed

Hi i'm having same problems my cursor moves across the screen unaided ive tried verifying files, i've tried all the other things mentioned and still no joy. ive even tried contact frontier thats fun you go round and round in circles now what are we supposed to do????

A temporary solution is to just close the game, shut off your computer, turn on your computer, and go back to the game, it has worked for me.

Just quitting the game and then starting it again helps.
