Is the Animal Market not loading in Franchise Mode for anyone else?

This issue started a few days ago. Clicking on Animal Market often doesn't bring anything up, and when it does it only brings up a blank screen. Google has shown some people had this issue when the game first launched, but they had the option to filter by species; I only have the option to refresh list, which does nothing. The Exhibit Market still works, usually.
Is anyone else having this issue? My laptop just barely squeeks by the minimum requirements so I'm suspicious that the problem is on my end. Restarting the game/computer did nothing.

I have the same problem ... the exhibit market works fine, but the animal market is loading very slowly and then it kind of crashes and i have to open and close it or refresh it ... the info on the animals is not loading either...
it's really annoying ...

Have you tried to open it in an empty zoo?

Yup, blew 100 points to open a new zoo, same problem.

I'm having similar issues with the Animal Marketplace. It will load, but I can rarely get through more than 2 pages of available animals and the "next" button will stop working. Also, when I try to filter, sometimes it won't work either when I click the button. Most of the time when I click on an animal, nothing happens. Same when I try to put one of my animals up for adoption too. I have a beefy desktop, so I'm not sure if it's computer specs. Could it be that they need to beef up their server?

Have you tried changing servers don' know if it will help but it worked for me.
