No suitable 3d graphics adapter is available
I have a notebook with Nvidia Quadro K3100M and directx 12 but when I try to launch the game it says I don't have suitable drivers for directx 11 and crashes. I tried installing multiple different drivers for the card but nothing changed. Anyone knows what to do?

Having more information might help. Please open the Steam client, go to Help -> System Information, and copy/paste the information from there into this thread here.

I heard it started happening to more people after one of the last windows updates so maybe they just screwed something up... no idea how to solve it tho. Also something similar used to happen with Planet Coaster.

Typical cause of this is your laptop electing to use the integrated graphics rather than the dedicated GPU due to power management profile.

See this FAQ entry[support.frontier.co.uk], particularly #4.

I tried that and the control panel is set to use the right card yet it still does this :/

I blame the Graphic Card, if you really can call "that thing" a Graphic Card.....^^

Minimum is GTX 770, and your Card is 250% weaker then a GTX 770....
