Ticket refunds?
Suddenly i get tons of ticket refunds... Cant seem to find a problem for this but its 49k so its a lot of money im losing. There are no escaped animals or any of the other problems

Go to Zoo -> Zoo Overview -> Guests. What are the most common negative (red) guest thoughts in the scrollable list to the right?

In Finances, you can also unfold the Segment Expenses -> Refunds. The categories there aren't extremely helpful though.

Yeah it only says refunded, nothing about why.

Negatives are rare and only sometimes; view isnt great or its busy at this slurpee

I've been getting this issue, too.
Guests have been really picky after the last update. I was playing the Caldera Park scenario when I suddenly went into the negatives and when I checked my Guests Overview tab, the only two complaints were 12% for Litter and 60% for I knew I should have brought my umbrella.
Given the amount I lost and the ratios, the only explanation was that people had a bad time because it rained and so they wanted a refund....

Im in the franchise one in Africa.. not much rain in sight.. but ugh its irritating

In the finances tab click on ongoing expenses, then refunds and you will see which category it is.
Rare and sometimes is not very specific, maybe you could provide a screenshot of your guest tab?

Did you check the education heat map for overlaps? And the negative influence map for trash/vandalised items?

Litter has a very high impact on guest happiness, you should get that complaint to 0% while rain is not that bad, but providing information stands so they can buy umbrellas is always a good idea.
