I am currently having issues with this scenario. I've completed every objective except "Power Everything in the Zoo with Renewable Energy".

As far as I can tell, I have zero Transformers(I replaced them all a long time ago to deal with the scenario's power outages.)

But the Gold "Power Everything in the Zoo with renewable energy for 12 months" ticker is remaining at 0.

Am I missing something?

Any chance there is still one transformer in there that got missed? Or a windmill power module? I think only the solar panels are considered renewable. I might be wrong about that but for some reason guests don't like the windmills.

Both Wind and Solar counts, as i finished this Zoo 5 Days ago.

I've scoured the zoo pretty heavily using the heatmap for electricity. As far as I can tell, there are no more that aren't renewable. I don't get bothered by outages anymore, and I don't believe the utility section of the finances page shows any cost.

Maybe there are some electrical devices without power? They are red on the heat map.

Thank you @Sekoria, that was my problem! There was one pesky security camera hiding out of range of my turbines. I didn't realize that the challenge required that all power sources be renewable- and that all powered items be powered!

I am having the same issue and unfortunately this fix doesn't work because of the Indian Wall light brackets remaining red no matter how close they are to a source of power. I think this may be a glitch. Does anyone know what I am talking about?

I do know what you're talking about. They shouldn't prevent you from completing the scenario though. I just did that one again a few weeks ago and had no problems completing it despite the red brackets which you're talking about.

Make sure you have powered everything ELSE and deleted all transformers. Having them present in the zoo, even if they are not powering anything at all prevents the timer from starting for that goal.

Check those Indian light settings to see if it's off or not on automatic...

Is that why they show red sometimes, because they turn themselves off automatically when it is daylight?

Regardless, for the scenario it doesn't matter. They don't need to be powered on continuously to get credit for the goal of renewable energy.

If I'm thinking of the same scenario, I deleted the pesky lights that stayed stubbornly red, instead of trying to power them.

I did complete the scenario yesterday. Even though I was only using solar, the problem was that there were also one or two lights I didn't see. So whereas the brackets weren't the problem, there still just an annoying little bug lol. Thanks for this btw.

I'm not having issues anymore, but unfortunately you can't delete some objects that are part of the scenario, the brackets being one of these things, at least on my game -_-
