Hard Shelter

I can't seem to find hard shelter to place. I just started a new challenge mode and I go to habitat and then click the Z icon but nothing shows, just bedding. I had no filters chosen. I don't know what to do.

As you can see the hard shelters are available.

So, suggestions as follows:

Save and reopen and see if it works then.
Is this on franchise or another game mode ? The ones I tried were franchise.

The DLC button didn't make a difference on my games.

What animal is it and have you used the filter to select that animal and seen what else appears. Nearly all animals will accept the basic shelters available without research so it should be on your list somewhere unless it doesn't need any shelter at all.

Does the animal page say it needs a hard shelter ? Some animals ( not many ) don't need any shelters.

A screenshot would help us see what you are seeing better.

It helps .. let me check to see if the DLC button ( which is new ) makes a difference to what is displayed. I don't recall peafowl having an issue in this area so will see what happens if I try a new placement.

Just checked my challenge zoo and that has it working fine too.

What happens if you don't select indian peafowl ?
Do you see a selection of hard shelters of varying styles and sizes ?

Save and try again .. in case it was an intermittent glitch.

If it persists, you might want to report it as a bug .. along with the screenshot.
