Good way to get conservation credits?
Have my first franchise zoo up and running with 5 habitats, but so far I only have 200 conservation credits and only get new ones very slowly by sending my turtles or other cheap animals back to the wild... thats after 5 hours.
how on Earth do you end up making enough to get the big ticket animals like Tigers or Chimps?

You get 100 cc for logging in every day and another 100 for greeting 5 players in your zoo. Tortoises really aren't that good generating cc because of their long youth. Try animals that breed and grow faster if you want cc.

And for your other post, I heard you can trade animals between zoos via trade centre, but you have to research everything again.

Was torn on what animals to have first in my zoo, and tbh they have been breeding fairly quickly, far quicker than my warthogs weirdly and gave a lot more credits,. just not as many as I expected. Also wanted animals that didn't die quickly.
That sucks (about having to research everything again) I assumed that was the point of having a franchise.

I'd suggest the Pronghorn Antelope. Get one male, and a few females in a habitat. They produce enough babies that you can just keep trading or releasing them and your credits will go up rather fast.

Lemurs are also a good choice.

Grab a female off the market if you can. it doesnt need high fertility.

There were none on there, thats what I mean. Everytime i checked. always males (there were some for more cc than I could afford, but none for cash)

I've gotten a Decent Amount from my Grizzley Bears and my Mandrills. I have basiclly used them to fund my Lion exibit which has two Albino Lions (One male, One Female) As the Alphas, with 3 other females. The Albino's have Low fertility but massive Appeal. I make tons of Cash of them, and use my Grizzley and Mandrills to farm Credits. I have also heard Peafowls are good for Credit Farming, due to their High Litter and low Maturity rate.

Basicly my Mandrills i get 200-800 credits from depending on the Genes. But i get fewer of them, and they take 7 years to mature. If you only get like 50-100 from each Peafowl but you can have up to 8 babies, each female can pop out a maximum of 16 matured Peafowls in that time, which is at least 800 credits, if you get the bare minimum for them.

I would look on youtube. I found several videos on hints for farming credits there.

Just keep looking .. the list updates every few minutes with new supply from frontier which will be cash ones. There are several people in your shoes with low CC so they could go quickly.

But as has been said, even if you don't play, log in at least once a day to grab the 100CC daily bonus and play long enough to greet 5 players.

Most of us started off with things like warthogs and ostriches and peafowl. They breed quick and sell for CC, not much but over time it adds up. And if you keep at least a pair for your own use, you won't have to buy any At first you may be better off getting a single male/multiple females ( which these animals like ). I usually go for 1 male and 3 females for animals that have that hierarchy. But every so often you will need to trade out at least the male to inject new blood as bad genes will have less CC value. These animals also have a lower cost and variety to bring in more cash from the guests.

For example: You can put ostriches and warthogs in the same habitat, just make it large enough to suit all the adults you want to have in there. Babies don't count towards space so that isn't an issue but they will count towards food so be wary of that. But mixed habitats and babies draw the crowds and happy animals make happy guests.

I usually put up a big territory with warthogs, zebra, giraf, ostridge all that is compatible with eachother in one big habitat draws allot of visitors and they all breed like crazy having 15-30cc per baby but the birth rate is fast.

Just be careful of the food costs :) But yes, this can be a good money earner if you keep on top of the babies growing to adults and make sure you get rid of most, Just remember to switch out the adults at some point for their younger relatives before their CC is too low to benefit.

Some animals will sell for considerably more CC if you trade with other players. It's slower to complete but 1. you are helping other players if the animals have good stats and 2. you get more CC. So based on CC need you can choose to release to wild ( lower cc quick sale ) and trade for cc ( higher cc slower sale ) or quick sale ( sell for cash ). The latter can be beneficial if you start losing money due to overspending a wave of refunds due to animal escapes/crime or just plain unhappiness.

Thats my plan eventually, having a big open safari area.
I have a stupid amount of money at the moment, over 100 grand. just waiting on my big ticket animals.

I would love a grizzly, way out of my price at the moment though.

Save up your cc for a pair of cheetas. They are not that expensive and breed like crazy. Sometimes they will birth 3 babies. Only buy a pair of gold rank cheetas also. You can release the babies when they become adults for 900 each. My cheetas have 4-5 litters between purchase and death. Make sure you can afford up to 5000/feed in food costs though.
Sadge Dec 23, 2019 @ 7:09am
Sorry, extra info - you only will pay maybe 2-3 thousand for the pair of gold cheetas initially. But will make 2-3 thousand off the first litter alone. Then after that it’s only profit. If you get two or three of these habitats running you can easily make over 20000 cc a day while playing.
