What is adoption pack?

Is selling in some shops and it doesn't have any cost for me... Any idea?

It's a way to rip off your guests basically. If they really like an animal they can choose to adopt it. They probably get a little certificate that means nothing and you get their money.

I would not call it a rip off, but it more or less functions like the comment above says. The guests symbolically adopt an animal in your zoo to help provide care for it or provide money to conserve the species in the wild. It is a pretty common practice in zoos and the World Wildlife Fund, for example. It is basically putting a name and face on the cause so it does not look like throwing money into the void and provides some extra satisfaction to purchasers.

Usually you get updates and pictures of the animal too

Okay? Sounds about like the commercials I see to adopt a starving child. I'm a bit skeptical about donating cash to charities after donating to Heifer International one time and they spent the next 8 years (still do) spending all my donation to solicit me for more money. On the other hand, if it's a food or clothing drive I have no problem. People just can't be trusted with cash.

I raise the prices of the adoption packs as soon as I get wolves, bears or other big animals they sell really well and within half an hour to time your profits are just building
