Computer gets loud while playing, anyone else?
So I love playing Planet Zoo, and I noticed this happening with Two Point Hospital as well, games where there is a lot of management and a lot going on. My computer gets so loud while playing, does anyone know why that is or how to minimise it? Admittedly, it may be dusty inside my rig I have not opening it up to clean it in a while. The temperature of it is not overheating I have a little app that tells me the temp. I'm just its because it eats up a ton of CPU but yeah was just curious of anyone has found a way to minimise this noise?

Unplug your fans and remove your cpu cooler, problem "solved"

Hahaha fair enough that's pretty much the route I'm taking with it.

I use headphones, so computer volume doesn't bother me.

I'd rather my computer blasting super-heated plasma out of its vents (Even if it is a bit of a fire hazard) than quietly burning to death.

I live in the southern hemisphere, in the tropics.

This time of year, I have to make sure my power cord isn't behind my laptop or it could blue-screen ^^;

I don't know how many replies are serious in this thread but... your PC is loud because the temperatures are too high. The higher the temperatures, the faster the fans will spin. For the graphics card you can download a program like EVGA precision X. In this program you can make the fans more aggressive initially so the card doesn't sound like a fighter jet when it reaches those high temps. For loud case fans, you can purchase silent fans and a fan controller to personalize fan speeds and cooling. For loud CPU fan, you can easily install a closed loop watercooler, it will remove some fans from your case making it more quiet, and does a slightly better job at cooling. Lastly there is programs to limit your FPS, but these won't have an impact on this game because the fps is terrible anyway, but if you are playing rainbow six siege and get 600 FPS your card and CPU are doing excess work and will kick up the fan speeds as well. Do remember that messing with fan speeds is not a beginner friendly thing for you to do and if done incorrectly will 100% ♥♥♥♥ up your computer.

Edit: Open your window. Temperature over 80F with open window? Close the window and install an AC. None of my advice will work with high room temperatures and poor air circulation.

I like my like 12 LED fans lol actually my temp runs ok, no where near danger level. Its just funny hearing her ramp up just to play this game. Doesn't with my other games. But yeah if you're worried about it or have real trouble those tweaks would help.
