Habitat not registered?

Hello!

I have this problem, where my habitat is not getting registered, so I can't have any animals in it. It says that it needs to get expanded. I don't understand what the issue is. All the barricades are connected, and I have a door - ofc!

Anyone know about this?

I know you can't see it on the pic, but there is a road connected to the door.

Did you check if the barriers in the lake touch the ground? If you select all barriers and slightly move the height up and down once it should auto connect if there's a small gap somewhere. (gotta delete the water first though)

Can't see anything obvious on the pic, what exactly is the error message?

I just checked, and the barricades does connect to the ground.
Well, I have my game in danish, so I'm not quite sure exactly how it sounds in english but something like: "The habitat could not be registered, it needs to be expanded" or something like that

Which animal do you want to put there? I don't know if they changed some mechanic but maybe if the habitat is too small you can't place your animal? Really just guessing here, didn't see that error before. You could try moving a different animal just to try if it works.

It's the polar wolves. Which is weird, because I've had them in that habitat before and nothing was wrong. Suddenly it said that they were escaping, so I put them in a box. Now, I can't put them back. So I guess there must be a hole somewhere? But I can't see any.

Well, if nothing works you can always try to rebuild the barrier.

And if I may give you a little tip: try reducing the brush intensity, you can get smoother and more natural terrain transitions that way.
