Keepers not feeding animals
As of today, December 11, 2019, my keepers are still not feeding the animals. My first zoo fell apart because this, so I thought it was me and started a new zoo. Decided to do only one exhibit as a trial first, and same issue. I've tried all the "solutions" offered online, removing food enrichment, moving the gate, moving the food tray, with and without workzone, all to no avail. Is anyone else still having this issue? And does anyone know if there is an update to come to fix it?

Yes, I'm not playing because of that, my keepers also tend to get stuck in front of the keeper hut very often...

Have you sent a copy of your saved game to the devs so that they can see what the problem is and if it is programmatic it will be easier for them to identify a fix for it.

With problems like this that not everyone is having, makes it hard to determine it as a bug. Now it could be a bug that only occurs under certain conditions. But not knowing those conditions will make it hard for them to get the same result.

Seeing as you have repeatedly done this now twice .. try and remember how you did it, exactly, and then deliberately try and make it happen again using those exact steps. If it does it again doing the same steps, then put the steps down on a bug report, and maybe even on here for some of us to test out or maybe point out what you are missing ( if anything ).

Did you play the campaign at all? Did it happen there as well?

Just lost thousands (probably 20k) of Conservation Credits on Franchise mode because of that. Have also tried the "fixes" suggested online and haven't had any success.

I have LOADS of experience in fixing food issues, the problem is it can be so many different things. The key thing to look for is what you keeper does when they come in the habitat and understanding their priorities. I always remove every feeder but one basic feeder and put it right by the entrance first. Keepers always fill enrichment first, so there positioning is important. If you put one somewhere a keeper cant get it will not fill anything. Call a keeper and follow them, firstly as soon as you call the keeper it should show 'on route' if it doesnt you already have a problem.

If the keeper comes to the habitat, it will come in and see if the animals need feeding, if the habitat needs cleaning. It will not feed if there is food left in any feeders. If the animal need feeding the keeper will leave the habitat and go to a keeper hut. If they do that, then you know feeding is working to this point. They should then come back and feed the enclosure.

If this doesnt work, I just need the point at which it does not work and an overview of the setup and I am sure i could sort it.

The minimum setup you need to get a habitat fed is a workzone including, the habitat, a keeper hut and a staff room. With two keepers to cover breaks, ideally you want to move to multiple habitats in workzones to improve efficiency.

My keepers don´t feed the animals either. Before yesterday it worked. Yesterday i could see the keeper walking in the habitat, turning around, walking out. And again, and again.... two days before it worked. The other rooms, like staff room, vet, keeper room etc.. is all directly beside this habitat. (sorry, if i don´t use the right words for the rooms etc..., i am german)
I am playing the campaign, if it´s important to know.

Need to know a bit more than that, the keepers SHOULD walk in and walk out, as they have to go make the food, so you need to watch where they go. Their job should change to "Going to Keepers Hut" or something like that. That means they are going food and if you check the habitat the 'keeper on route' should still be showing. If not then you have a problem, probably with the placement of food enrichments if you have them. Have you done ANYTHING to the habitat at all, just putting a plant or tree in the wrong place, blocking the keepers path to something, can cause this problem.
