With problems like this that not everyone is having, makes it hard to determine it as a bug. Now it could be a bug that only occurs under certain conditions. But not knowing those conditions will make it hard for them to get the same result.
Seeing as you have repeatedly done this now twice .. try and remember how you did it, exactly, and then deliberately try and make it happen again using those exact steps. If it does it again doing the same steps, then put the steps down on a bug report, and maybe even on here for some of us to test out or maybe point out what you are missing ( if anything ).
If the keeper comes to the habitat, it will come in and see if the animals need feeding, if the habitat needs cleaning. It will not feed if there is food left in any feeders. If the animal need feeding the keeper will leave the habitat and go to a keeper hut. If they do that, then you know feeding is working to this point. They should then come back and feed the enclosure.
If this doesnt work, I just need the point at which it does not work and an overview of the setup and I am sure i could sort it.
I am playing the campaign, if it´s important to know.
