Have security, no cameras, didnt know that was a thing,c rime is very low though.
Said in the post, ive done the heatmaps, every single one is 90% green
Again, I don't have any crime according to my stats, but ill try more cameras and stuff
Has some awesome tips - also I checked guests needs as they entered and left the zoo and with one of my Franchises that was struggling I noticed that most of the guests had 1 or more exhibit animals in their wish list, my exhibits building was on the far side of my zoo and most guests were leaving before they got to it so I moved it nearer to the mid point of my zoo, worked a treat and I was back to making a profit in no time................not easy when you have a Polar Bear habitat to support lol
Maybe them being in the green means they are just over 50% with things like litter periodically kicking them down or thirst/hunger/toilet hitting below 50% occasionally.
My understanding is that the guest tab is your overall average stats over time whereas the heatmap is what you have now... if the heat map is showing all green everytime you check then eventually the average should rise as well.
its been all green for years :/ my money reserves have run dry because no one is donating or buying anything due to unhappiness
will try to get that done later today if i can figure out how.
To start the rescue you need to identify any habitat with very high food costs and temporarily close it down or swap in any cheap to feed species, reduce staff numbers as much as you can, don't charge for toilets or ATMs as they don't make a significant amount of money and free services make guests happier, make picnic benches the main seating option as a guest using one gains significantly more happiness than at a normal bench (got that tip from the video and it REALLY works) make sure guests get maximum education as soon as possible as this buff helps maintain their happiness buff longer as they walk around (also a tip from the video) so maybe add more info boards near the entrance.
Anyway, please watch the video and stick with it, saving a failing zoo isn't easy but it CAN be done
It's hard, my biggest money sink is the polar bears but they are by the far biggest money maker of my zoo.
