DIsappearing snow

Anybody else finding that when you paint snow it vanishes when you zoom in or when you change the viewing angle? Plenty of other more serious issues right now but it's still bloody annoying.

You need to place a cooler down so that it keeps the area cold enough for snow.

I know, it's odd. But it is how the game is designed.

its too warm for the snow to stay, you need to put down a cooler to change the temperature so that the snow stays.

I have coolers down, it's below freezing in the habitat and as I said, I can see the snow zoomed out but once I zoom in or view from certain angles some or all of the snow reverts to grass textures.

Ahhh, it's a graphical issue. You could report it.

I was just checking to see if anyone else had experienced it and maybe had a workaround

I've had an issue where if the snow is in a warm spot, it'll show zoomed out but disappears when zoomed in. I guess when zoomed out it doesn't detect that the snow is melted, but placing a cooler in those spots fixed my issue.
