Where can I find my Deluxe Edition stuff? Wallpaper? DLC?

My Steam page shows that I own the DLC (which is listed as 2 distinct DLCs, the animals in one download, and everything else in another), but the 'animals' version says it's "Downloading", despite my Downloads list being empty. There are enough other animals that I'll not run out of things to play, but I love Komodo Dragons and was super hyped to have them as one of my first animals.

For me the wallpapers are here:

Also, I only have one dlc in there, should I have more?

I also have the wallpapers, soundtrack and stuff but the Deluxe Animals are stated as "Downloading" though nothing happens

I had 2 DLC's showing one the Deluxe Upgrade DLC and the other the Deluxe Animal DLC while trying to jump start the animals downloading I deleted the steam download Cache in the steam client settings now I only have the one DLC which is the Deluxe upgrade DLC and it is installed. I have the Soundtrack and Wallpapers both in the game directory and when I go to the Animal Trading screen I have the 3 Deluxe animals listed but there are none of them to adopt.

Hey all, they are listed in your game files. It should look something like this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Planet Zoo\Wallpapers
