downloading the game

hi people i was just wanting to know if i leave my steam account open on my pc when i am at work. will planet zoo download on its own at the release time

I think I was able to through the app on my phone for previous games. I know I can do most of the steam stuff on there, shop, chat, etc...

I would use the steam app on your phone to remote install it. Team viewer might be a pain to do if your work is behind a proxy or if the firewall at work has the ports blocked. I know where I work at we don't allow anyone to install software on their work stations.

Ok I've set the app up about when I look at games I cant select anything, is this because it's not ready to download yet?

That is correct, you can interact with Planet Zoo in your Steam library once the game releases on 5 November 2019.
