And even if they implement something like the toolmaker's kit along the line, that doesn't mean it would include animals.
There is also a bit of a problem with scenery inside enclosures, as the animals like Chimpanzees will actually climb on stuff. So there is most likely a separation into pieces that are okay for this kind of interaction (like toys, rubbing poles, licking stones etc.) and pieces that are just for scenery.
On the topic of dinosaurs, tbh I'd hope they'd just make a DLC with realistic dinosaurs. They just look better realistic in a game like this, although I don't see why they would. I would love for them to focus on current wildlife, especially aquatics like fish for an aquarium type thing rather then adding dinosaurs and stuff.
