how do I get refund for Planet Zoo ? It practically ruined my computer because it downloaded some virus as well as itself! I deinstalled immediately but want a refund please

I wonder how you downloaded the game, since a virus can't be part of that download, unless your PC was infested with viruses beforehand already.... Better do a virus check first

I'd be very surprised if you caught a virus through Steam.The virus was probably already on your PC before you downloaded Planet Zoo.And if you can't Google for 2 minutes how to refund something, I think, you think the virus came through steam.^^

If you played for less than 2 hours you can refund it through steam. And as stated beforehand by Lori37 and Proofman, the virus most likely came from another source before you even downloaded the game. I'd be very surprised if Steam would let such a thing slip through on a title as big as this one.

There have been cases where there have been virusses, spyware and all sorts of filth hidden in games on Steam. But then you have a flood of threads, and not just 1 single person like OP.

Don't talk such a load of nonsense ! You did Not get a virus from downloading the game. Obviously you have been visiting some other dodgy websites . If you've played the game for more than 2 hours Steam will not give you a refund.

Steam itself doesn't no, but some games have ( intentionally unfortunately, some " game devs" have used it as a platform to seed malware, albeit rarely). But This is not one of those games, or it'd of been flagged up by thousands of players on here based on total downloads, not just 1 person.
