Only Aardvark in Franchise mode

Hey guys, I haven't played much, I only finished the first 3 "Initiation" maps of the game. But since it taught me the bases of the game and watched a couple tutorials on youtube I thought I was "ready" to play in franchise mode or at least try. But I don't know if it's a bug or because you need to play campaign to unlock more, but the only animal I can purchase is Aardvark. I played for couple hours in Franchise and I couldn't get any other animals for all that time (except exhibit animals, but the list never changed either). I saw on youtube videos where they had more than one animals from the start of the franchise and it wasn't as boring as the Aardvark haha. Do I need to play campaign to unlock more animals/stuff? Please help!

I har tid same problem yesterday and again to day.
No animals in traidecenter only the ones i have in storage from my other fanschise zoo.
I want to be able to be in the challange with setting the gorillas free, but thats hard when you cant buy them.

Filter it to gorillas only, there are PLENTY!

I think it has something to do with the servers. 1 second it will show lots of animals, 10 seconds later it will show none.
