Queue Paths Not Working, Am I Doing Something Wrong?

So I built a Safari Car transport system and added the entrance and exit like normal. connected the ride to the path using a queue path for the entrance and normal path for the exit. Only no customers use the queue path they walk up to it and walk away, have I done something wrong or is this a bug?

Did you make sure you placed 4 Track Airlocks, 2 that enter the enclosure and 2 that exit? The airlock gates must be in a separate area. In other words, you make a square section of barrier fencing and place 2 airlocks on it. You want to enter through the first gate that takes you into an enclosed area and the next airlock gate opens into the enclosure. Below is a link to a YouTube tutorial by PaulsLey that explains it.
