Climbable Area wont increase
So i have an Orangutan habitat, and they need 240 square meters of climbable area, and right now i am at 139, but no matter what i add, it won't increase. Anyone else experienced this who might be able to help?

There are two theories I have:

1. Your new climbables can't be accessed by the animal in question for whatever reason. Maybe they're not sturdy enough for the size, maybe they're too steep for the species, something like that.

2. If you're building straight upward there may be a height limit. Try building broader instead of taller and see if that fixes it.

Unfortunately I'm not experienced yet (somehow I've yet to put any climbable animals in my zoos since release!) but those are places I'd start if I were troubleshooting my own issue with climbable space.

I was having trouble building my own, so I researched climeable structures in the mechanic research menu.

Yeah it seems bugy specialy if you also have Trees that have an climb value. My Workarround is to use only the animal climbing Nr. 4 for 320 bugs it comes with enough climbing space that one of it is enough for any species and you can savely use it on all species even if they not taged by it.

i have not experienced your issue but i recently made my orangutan exhibit and was rather dissapointed when i watched them for a whole game year and they never really climb anything, i made a huge climbing frame/tree house on one of those huge trees and it had toys on it, perfectly accessible to them and yet they never use it. i even have some of the ingame premade frames and i only saw one of the babies walked on one platform and then jumped straight off.
