How are animals escaping? (In the tutorial)

In the 2nd tutorial zoo the Orangutans keep escaping. No idea how or how I can fix it.

Edit yours walls. You have to put a special "topping" on it (dont know the exact word in english :D)
And the walls have to be high enough. All the things Nancy told you in the dialog :>

That exhibit already has high walls and the climb blocker checked in barrier settings. Maybe I missed one section. The drag to select all barriers is dumb - wish there were a simple select all walls.

Having the same issue i made a chimpanzee enclose and they are jumping right through the wall. Walls are high enough and is climb safe all round the barrier.

Can you screenshot?

Make sure they are defined as unclimable walls.

I know with my own zoo in online play, I have Red panda's and I decided to decorate the outside walls with logs. Turns out the panda's would glitch through the enclosure wall as if they were climbing the logs. I moved the logs further and further, but in the end had to delete my hard work :(

So maybe there's a decoration that they are glitch climbing to phase through the walls idk... Great game but Damn the bugs are annoying asf

I think there is some bug. My chimps enclosure are high enough, with roofs on top and they keep escaping.
