Staff Stuck?
Has anyone had issues with their staff getting stuck on a path. 2 keeps and a maintenance person are stuck where a staff path meets a regular path and won't move. Ive tried to manually move them but the move option (M) when you click on them is greyed out

Yeah I do, it will eventually lead to the death of some of your animals. :(

try resetting the gate of their destination, it's worked for me

Right now there are a lot of a.i. issues involving the staff members. Trying resetting as suggested or restart scenario in hopes the game doesn't bug out again.

Worked for me once too. After that nothing worked ever rebuilding an entire part of the enclosure. Eventually both my bears died of starvation.

when i went to open my save file to delete the gates, they were magically fixed so I guess just restarting worked

That's sort of what happened with me. I ensured the path and everything was correct, etc. But for some odd reason the staff A.I. was so brain dead they just did a bunch of stupid stuff instead of maintaining the park

When this happened to me, it was because of two things: 1. I'd put lights in the middle of the path, making it so narrow they ran into eachother and got stuck.. and 2. I'd placed down a path directly above where they were getting stuck that wasn't showing supports, but technically had them. Overwriting this piece of path with no supports fixed it in that case.

Ive had it happen and also tried replacing things. It would work momentarily then go back to being broken. Eventually I gave up on the zoo and opened a new one and have had no issues so far. No idea what causes it or how to fix it permanently.

Don't jinx it.

Yeah I've had it happen too; had to delete the path and the thing it was connecting to.
