Keepers don't clean past 50% in certain habitats
Has anyone encountered this, and if so, how did you solve it so they clean your habitat fully?

I've got 2 habitats where keepers don't clean past 50%. I've assigned several keepers purely to the dirty habitats, but it's still dirty af. I've added a water pump to be sure, even though it's got no pool... The keepers are all trained to max level.

Apart from several other bugs, this one is frustrating. The animals get sick frequently because the keepers aren't cleaning those habitats.

Send help fam before the vegans come protesting

I'm not 100% sure here, because they don't give any info in the unlocks, but researching those specific animals seem to make it easier to care for them.

Those animals in the habitats are researched fully. Each habitat has a keeper hut right in front of it aswel. I'm so lost why they don't clean fully. There must be something that's missing, or else it's got to be bugged seeing the rest of the bugs I've encountered

Do you have water in your enclosure? Has poop fallen into it?

You have to watch some stuff like Hippos and etc because Keepers will NOT go into the water at all, so if any poo rolls down into a natural water supply it will accumulate there and not get cleaned up.

Sadly I end up having to remove the water -- wait a while while it gets cleaned out over time -- then put the water back and repeat as needed. Should be a better way for sure...

Do you have shelters with floors? There's a bug currently where droppings can sink through shelter floors, making them impossible to clean until the shelter is moved.

Having the same issue - my Mandrill habitat is a nightmare. It's definitely inaccessible poop. If I clear out all the items in the enclosure, have it cleaned it then goes back to 99%. It seems ok after this for a while and then I have to rinse and repeat. Definitely bugged there somewhere.

there must be a bug because i had one habitat in the last tutorial not get over 60% ever.

I think its unreachable poop.

I'm going to give this a go. If so, you saved me heaps more of headaches

Absolute legend. I moved a shelter, it had a ton of poop under it! That solved it. Thanks guys

This. Though there are some career and other areas that have floors you can see for aesthetics that still have this issue at times.

Aight, I'll put the floors under the ground. Thanks guys

In the tutorial, I had to move the entire climbing structure out of the lemur environment just so that the keeper would walk to that area and clean the poop that was under the moved structure.
