Sorry something went wrong, can't even launch the game

When I press Play, nothing happens or it says "Sorry, something wnet wrong", the game just doesn't start and I don't know how to fix it. I tried everything :(

My PC: GTX 960 2gb, i5 4460 3,2GHz, 8Gb RAM. I know it's bad PC but it should handle it :'(

Go to Steam -> Click on Help -> Click on System Information -> Cut and paste the info here please (yes, all of it). Let's see what Steam detects as your system specs

Hey guys i have weird problem. When i try to verify my game to get update i have "1 file missing" and then nothig. I uninnstal game and try to download again and gat a massage "file blocked" showing planetzoo.exe. Any idea WTF?

I have this same issue with this and Jurassic World reinstalling my graphic drivers and then clean reinstall worked previously but not this time.

I know my computer is powerful enough and i know it should work as its the same model graphic card as the recommended but this issue persists.

I have just uninstalled this VGA graphic card and now it only says GYX 960 in Steam information, but I still get the same problem, I can't start the game :'(

I fixed this error with uninstalling and reinstalling the Windows Visual C++ and Windows Visual Studio 2015 - 2019 and solved the problem. Make sure you click the correct 64 or 86 file for your processor.

Download the C++ files with this UBL https://support.microsoft.com/nl-be/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

It should fix the problem.
