Report a translation problem
1/. Circle enclosure
Then in the settings (lower right part of screen):
- make sure you have the curve mode on
- make the length of barrier part that you're creating to max (to easily see how it works - change it later how you need)
- set it to snap to angle (for quick testing pick 45 degrees - smaller angle will result in larger circular enclosure).
... and just create N barrier parts that each curve the same degree - it should close into a circle in the end

Forgot about the second part:
2/. Divide into equal 3 parts
...don't think the game has anything to help you with that - you just need to create barriers and make it as close as you can
I have a big circle hole habitat for flamingos. I could throw it on workshop if you want. Theres a problem with my path tho and i cant attach anything to it
