Mechanics and Barrier repairs
We really need a slider of some sort, something to indicate at what level we want our mechanics to go out an repair the barriers. Even with a very small zoo (5 animal exhibits) and 5 mechanics, with two of them selected to NOT conduct research, they still don't seem to want to repair the barriers on their own. I frequently find barriers at 60% and am forced to manually "call a mechanic" about every 10-15 minutes.
