[Fixed] Low Cleanliness and Disease Risk, but Keepers won't clean anything?

EDIT: If you're having this problem, check for droppings below your animals' shelters. Simply move them out of the way and have a Keeper come in to clean. Apparently, the dropping physics allows them to phase beneath the floors of their shelters.

I have a very big, red warning on the side of my screen saying my African Wild Dog enclosure is dirty and a disease risk, but every Keeper I task to their exhibit walks in, looks around, and then leaves. Is there a way to manually clean an exhibit? My zoo is still small and I can't afford to lose an exhibit.

Having the same problem just in the tutorial career missions. The keepers even have the thought "So and so pen is filthy! Someone should clean it." but they don't do anything to clean they just walk in and back out.

Do you have a water cleaning machine in your zoo? If your enclosure has water that might be a problem. That said, I've had enclosures where the water purifier didn't work at all... So I don't know what the deal there is :/

Unfortunately there's no water in the pen to blame it on! They really like the zebra pinata with the meat inside, maybe that's getting gross and causing problems? If that's the case, I wonder why the Keepers aren't helping out with that ;-;

the keeper walks in and out is probably heading to the keeper hut to prepare food because of the current task it was programmed, by default a keeper does multiple things but in order, you can assign some of your keepers to cleaning only and some to feeding only or assign work zones, also hiring additional keepers helps too

I had this issue, took me a while. But, I found poo under their shelters. I moved the shelter, and the keepers went right to work. Cleanliness 100% after that. (Put it on the tracker)

Oh my GOD that was the problem!!! There's literally piles of crap under their shelter thanks for telling me about this!

OMG, thank you so much! That thing was driving me crazy! Any way to prevent the poop from going under it? What if I place the bottom of the shelter under the ground?
