turn the camera around!?!
am i going crazy? I can only move the camera forwards and backwards down and up. but i can't turn around? how do i do this?

(Edited to remove information that was wrong - see FredDie's reply: Go to camera settings and uncheck the checkbox to enable rotating with Q and E)

Scroll wheel click the mouse and drag. It rotates 360degrees

(oops I didn't read Frye's reply, same response so deleted)
anyways I don't have the laptop anymore but I remembered as placing 2 fingers would act as mouse scroll?

Thank you SO much for this! I searched the internet and everybody said it can't be changed, so I took it for granted that it can't.
