what carries over between franchise zoos?

i want to start a new zoo eventually, but what things do i keep? unlocked items, research, money?

only thing i know for sure is conservation points.

in beta it was just the conservation points and you can move your animals between zoos. you had to research everything again and start with the original amount of money(not what you've earned in your previous zoo). i've not checked to see if they've changed any of it though.

Conservation credits and animals in the trade center are the only things that are shared between zoos. Research, money, etc are not shared.

i'll rack up conservation points and good animals for starting then, i really hope to get bengal tigers soon, but gharials and aldebra giant tortoises dont grow quick and my warthogs and ostiches don't sell for much...

having the name 'franchise', but the money cant carry over, its quite ridiculous
i have one simple zoo, and save up to 150000, but the habitat are very flat and simple.
i just started another zoo, planning to make it in a luxury way, turn out just have the 40000 in the beginning.....

since we can transfer animals we can also transfer money... transfer some animals and sell them in the new zoo. (money animals not conservation point ones...)
