Also, check if your enrichment feeders are full - they prioritise those, so it's possible the food is in there, as it's less visible. The amount of food placed is based on the number of animals, so not all feeders will be filled depending on your habitat population.

In my large savannah enclosure i have to manually call a feeder to feed again all the time and when that guy is cleaning the enclosure no other feeder will step in to feed even if the animals are starving. O.o Seriously
