Monorail?

How in the world does placing a monorail work? I've managed to create a track, connect it, made a test drive, everything's in order, but... I can't for the life of me figure out how to actually connect a path to the station! I haven't yet played through all the tutorial levels, so perhaps one of those contains instructions on how to make a monorail work (if so, please direct me to it), but in franchise mode I haven't been able to create any kind of ride and make it accessible to visitors.

Please help!

It goes something like:

1. Select transport ride
2. Select relevant station
3. Select option to connect entrance
4. Connect path to the entrance you just placed
5. Same for the exit

Which bits have you managed to complete? It's easier to give specific advice if you can explain exactly which element you're having trouble with - path placement, or the entrance/exit itself.

Thank you so very much! It worked! I had to click on the darned station to be able to place an entrance, something I completely overlooked! Step 2 was the key. Thanks again!

Exactly! It's a bit counterintuitive for some reason, but now that I know how it works I've created my zoo's first monorail ride! ^^

Ok so; You click on the station you want, then it's write "station 56 close " station 58 close" etc click on this, then you see " put enter " click on this :D

how do i add more than one vehicle to the ride? i cannot select it in the menue its faded out. :(

You have to make sure the ride's not open before you can change/add how many vehicles you want.

You also need to have a long enough station section(s) to accomidate more than one or more trains. It's the exact same system as planet coaster and rollercoaster tycoon.

i havent played planet coaster yet, i watched some videos a while ago but cant remember. where do i find the option to make the station longer? i feel like ive checked every tab of it. hm

Weird as it may sound I don't think that you have to manually lenghten the station. When I add more carts the station gets longer on its own. If there is a button for it, then please let me know as well. ^^
