Unless this is what you consider blurry too?
For me changing from 1080 to 1440 made quite big difference in things looking sharp. Maybe you can upscale through nvidia settings.

Going through all the settings nothing helps. I set it to ultra and the environment looks amazing (runs slow) but the animals look exactly the same no matter if it is on lowest setting or ultra (the animals are really blocky and blurry). The environment will change with the settings but not the animals. Can anyone help?
This problem was something that i had a long time ago and at later back then, the problem was fixed. Maybe you need to update your drivers or system?
