Group Limits and Systems for Wolves, Lions, Hyenas, etc.
So I could be wrong but pretty sure much of the group limits are very off and limiting, wolves for instance, only max of 2? 'extremely social' my butt. Lions, for some reason have a limit of 1 male leaving zero opening for say a brother pair to rule a pride (which can happen in the wild.). Hyenas in their description say they can have communal dens of up to 90, now I'm not asking for 90 hyenas but why is the limit only 4? Game goes for realism then completely ignores it.

I'm actually very angry about the wolf thing to, I wasted my time investing a good pair of wolves only for the so called 'tightly bonded family group' to start attacking each other when the pups grew up for status and due to overcrowding. What. The. Heck. Frontier!? Honestly gonna just be in Sandbox mode until this game gets some patches. So buggy trying to get any animal from the Trading Center, click on a name....nothing....click again, still nothing, thousand clicks later oh sorry you wanted to view this creature's info to decide whether you adopt it? Here you go! After a good minute of trying to click on it -_- Makes comparing stats of animals in the market so time consuming and obnoxious.

There not fighting due to over crowding they are fighting because the new male wants to challenge his father for Alpha or the new Female wants to challenge her mother for Beta... and the wolves breed alot so you constantly have new young wolves growing up to challenge who ever is the boss....

If you let the vet patch them up enough the fights will stop atleast until the next batch of kids grows up! And then it starts all over again... So its best to keep things to 1 breeding pair....

As for Lions they work really well just make sure you get rid of the males as they grow up! Or get rid of the dad.... haven't messed with Hyena's yet they were not in beta

I am having the same issue with my wolves and tigers, and it specifically says due to overcrowding. When i remove one, doesnt matter the gender it stops

That is because there are two issues and the game is only displaying one reason.

1.) there cannot be more than one adult male and one adult female
2.) there cannot be more than 2 adult tigers

I know those two sentences sound the same, but the game doesn't interpret them the same way.
Either way, the game is telling you to only have a single breeding pair.

Read their mating info on page two of the animals zoopedia page. I do agree they are limiting a lot by the way they have implement it though.

That makes no sense that the game would do that though, as it says in the for example wolf description only the ALPHA pair can breed/will breed so that's where I'm at a confusing crossroad, I feel like either the devs did not do research or just don't care because a AVERAGE wolf pack size is 6, yet you can only have 2 of these 'social pack animals' like....wut? Overall I think several of the animals group limits need to be tweaked.

Also these staff need their employment costs reduced drastically. Like holy jesus, there's a fine line between fun and overly tiresome and currently the game on FULL RELEASE with all it's bugs, mess ups, and unfulfilled promises is sitting in that overly tiresome and disappointing category. At first I was rooting for this game but now....idk what to think.

Animal longevity is still pretty bad, the pathing and fence system is still garbage, the group limits on some creatures is unrealistic and overall limiting, the staff cost WAY to much (god forbid you train them up), the franchise market is a literal mess of lag and hard to use UI, it's just a mess.

We didn't get a family tree system, various patterns between animals, or varying personalities between our animals (No I do NOT consider albinoism a varying pattern, oh turn it white there ya go....serious laziness.). It honestly feels like they just spent the last 6 weeks on this stupid challenge mode which would have been better to implement later on like they did in Jurassic World Evolution.

I haven't done anything with carnivores yet but I did notice that if you have more than one male with a herding species ie: warthogs, pronghorn, etc. that they fight for dominance like it's a bad thing... That's what happens in the wild. We shouldn't have to constantly be shipping out males because "There's an incorrect sex ratio." That's not true to life at all.
