4x4 Adventure track not working?

Anyone else played with the adventure tracks? It's likely I'm doing something wrong but I'm trying to create a little safari route to try out the 4x4 adventure through my savannah habitat. I've got the track laid and the barriers up but I can't get the airlock gates to go in. Remove the track and the gate will go in, but then I can't place the track. Any suggestions or what am I doing wrong?

I haven't played with the 4x4 but on the train... the track piece has to be straight to go through. No curves prior or post and it can't be at an angle. You have a long enough straight track run yes?

I was just trying that. Put the gates in first and when you get the track close to the gates there is another symbol that looks like a jigsaw puzzle piece. Click that it automatically connects and goes through the gate.
I got my track and station set up and made it take a test drive but now I can't figure out how to connect the stations to the guest paths. Something to work with again when the full version of the game comes out I guess.

Are you using the que path to the entrance and regular walking path from the exit? You set up your entrance and exit ramps and to which side of the track yes? Click the icon with the guy in the booth on the left of the track building menu.

I'm not on the game right now but yes I set up the entrance and exit from the station. Then when hitting the station connect to path it brought up the qua path editor but I couldn't get it to connect with my existing paths.
We are almost done with the beta so I'll have to play around with it in the full version.
