Help! Changing the quality of food

Hello,
I have spend time researching so that my animals have better life, now I had 3 zoos in the franchise mode but in none of them keepers gave them better food than quality 1. Where do I change what they serve? It is researched, but I dont know, do the keepers need to be trained on higher level to give the animels high quality food? Help please, thanks!

Click on a habitat then the animal tab and it's in the habitat drop down

First you click on the enclosure, then you click on the paw/"animals". You will find two tabs there: "animals" and "enclose" (sorry my game is in german so I don't know the english wording). Within the tab "enclosure" you can change the quality of the food!

Thank you guys, it helped a lot! It is not exactly intuitive and the "tutorial" didnt do a great job explaining all the things necessary. Maybe one more question - do you happen to know what is the advanced research good for and did your employees ever finish it? I have 2 animals with advanced research but it is still loading, the vets are researching but nothing ever happens.

You're welcome. I'm pretty sure I read the advanced research items aren't included in the beta.
