Animal Market incredibly slow

Does anyone else have the problem that the Animal Market is extremely slow? Like mouse input is shown almost 30 seconds later, the rest of the game and ui runs fine.

I do not care about anything, I can not buy anything well for the market because I am very slow, and in the end I despair and take off the game, I hope they fix it soon

I've been struggling with the market as well. It does not open at all, which results in protesters arriving at my zoo cause animals are stuck in storage (because I can't open it.)

In desperate need of a hotfix. I love this game, but if I cant buy or sell animals, I can't play either.

I can only put terrariums in my park, because I can't buy animals, I'm very slow, and that makes me unable to earn money and I can't move forward, and now I have protesters hahahaha

I'm not gonna switch back tbh. This is one of my 500+ games and I like the new UI, I don't wanna lose all the sorting I did.

I think this whole Franchise mode is awful. The whole always-online, in-game currency and auction-house idea is just.... not great. I really don't understand who thought this to be a good and fun idea. I cannot buy any animals as like virtually every animal is like a 1000 conservation points and I cannot accumulate them easily besides... 'freeing animals' or logging in daily.

Totally understand. You don't have to play this particular mode though. The game will also feature an offline version of the franchise mode besides the classic campaign and sandbox. So it will have something for everyone.

I know it's a beta. But the only true mode to play around in right now has a major bug with buying animals (which is a tad essential for a zoo). It's so bad I cannot buy an animal because
1. The system is too slow so I'm just making a massive loss
2. The conservation in-game currency is totally unbalanced and stacked against you if you wanna start a zoo and really test the game to the limits, which is usually what betas are supposed to be for.

Either way, an always online mode doesn't really sit well with me, especially since this game really shouldn't require an always-on internet connection. It might be for some people, but I find it hard to see the appeal

Any fix for this just bought it, I got a amazing connection but takes so long to buy a few animals

It´s very slow for me as well. The linked supportarticle makes no difference. Any other suggestions?
