A way to pick the correct plants for animal???

I find it tedious to place random plants based on their biome only to realize it brings down their meter even further. Is there a way to approriately find the plants they like?

Normally as far as I understood, if it goes down once you placed the right ones they should like it's because they want less, not more. Try it, maybe this'll work.

if you click the animal > nature > then it should have a list of plants they like, at least mine did and then i just found the plants in the picture and put them in.

There should also be a filter to select the animals and it should only display the things they like. I never saw someone use it for plants in the Alpha videos, but in theory it should work

Easiest way i found was open the nature tab, then filters, species and then select animal in question, you can also select by continient or biome. This works for all items for animals.

Ah I skimmed over the animal filter, I was just using biome and continent which took longer.

where is this species tab? there is none in the filter..
