I own almost all of their games including Jurassic World (every dlc b/c big dino nerd) and Planet Coaster and I really dont remember the tutorials being so boring. Jurassic World had likeable characters which made it at least less painful whereas the narrators in this game are just awful. There are so many mechanics which im not saying is a bad thing but may require a more spread out approach rather then just rushing you through a bunch of mechanics then topping it off with "im off for tea ok bye" and leaving you with no idea how to actually run the park. Tutorials dont HAVE to be boring. This one sadly is.
Try restarting your game, that got franchise mode to work for me
Thanks.
