Cant even load the game

Anyone else crashing every time they load up the game? (both franchise and scenario crash as soon as it hits loading screen)

Solved it by going to install / uninstall on W10 and repair the Microsoft Visual C++ 20xx Redistributable (x64) version (i did 2017). Now it's starting the game!

Right click the game, choose properties then disable the steam overlay. This worked for me.

I did this and disable the steam overlay and now it works, i dont now what solved it

Can't use the issue tracker, always asks me to log in, even after I did it multiple times.
Could someone submit that to the issue tracker, please?

Choosing low or medium graphics worked for my girlfriend, every setting higher than that crashes the game immediately, while in-game.
Also 20-30 fps seem very low on an RX580 8GB and an i5-4460. That's recommended spec for the GPU and nearly recommended spec for the CPU. How is the minimum spec with a GTX 700 even supposed to launch the game, let alone run it?

Update, I can load the game if I change settings to low, after loading I can change settings back to ultra and it runs fine.
